Megan Hyatt Miller, CEO of Full Focus
The Leader You’ll Serve

Megan Hyatt Miller

Megan is the CEO of Full Focus: a sought-after thought leader, best-selling author, and coach who carries the voice and vision of this company to the world. She leads with maturity, depth, authenticity, clarity, and a genuine commitment to the people she serves — both inside and outside the company.

Megan is a visionary in the truest sense — she sees where the company should go, makes high-quality decisions with confidence, and builds trust with everyone she meets.

Megan knows her primary contributions to Full Focus are:

Envisioning the future and aligning the team around that vision. Creating transformational content. Coaching clients. Inviting new customers into the work of Full Focus.

To steward that contribution well, she must delegate everything else — especially the high-follow-through, planning, logistics, and execution work necessary to make that vision come to life on the operational side.

A Personal Note About Megan

Megan is not only the CEO of Full Focus — she is the mom of 5 kids ages 25–7, including three who are adopted, still living at home. Several of her children have complex needs stemming from early trauma. Frequently, the needs of her children require her calendar and commitments to flex without warning.

A major reason the Chief of Staff exists is to build a scaffold of systems and processes that enable Megan to step away as needed and be fully present for her family — without compromising business results or operations. She firmly believes her most important role is Mom. Your role will clear a path to make that possible.

The Role

The Chief of Staff exists to close the gap between goals set and goals achieved.

Full Focus operates with ambitious goals, a lean and talented team, and a CEO whose best work happens when the operational engine runs without her having to drive it. The Chief of Staff owns that engine.

You will own the distance between where this company is and where it’s going.
01

Expert Project Management & Cross-Functional Execution

You translate vision into sequenced, trackable plans with clear owners and timelines. You manage dependencies, anticipate bottlenecks, and ensure every goal-related initiative is moving — without requiring Megan to chase progress.

02

AI-Enabled Operational Systems

You design and maintain an AI-enabled infrastructure that keeps Full Focus moving: meeting rhythms, reporting cadences, performance dashboards, project management frameworks. Built for clarity, accountability, and flexibility.

03

Financial & Operational Intelligence

You have genuine fluency in FP&A and accounting. You gather, synthesize, and present financial and operational data in formats that make decisions easy — delivering clarity on a predictable cadence, in the format she needs.

04

Executive Communications & Presentation

You build the presentations and executive communications that represent Full Focus at the highest level. You craft Keynote decks that don’t just inform — they persuade, inspire, and align the team around shared goals.

05

Logistics & Gathering Architecture

You plan and execute events, offsites, and quarterly gatherings that keep a semi-remote team connected and aligned. From logistics to agenda design, you create experiences people look forward to — that actually move the work forward.

06

Operations Team Leadership

You lead a lean ops team in a player-coach capacity: Finance Systems Architect, Controller, HR Contractor, and Office Manager. You develop your people, set the standard for quality, and ensure these functions never become a source of surprise.

What You’ll Get

What This Role Actually Offers

We want to be direct — because we know the right candidate is discerning.

Meaningful Scope

This is a whole-company role. Your work touches every team, every goal, and every major initiative at Full Focus. The footprint is real.

A Leader Worth Serving

Megan is self-aware, growth-oriented, and deeply committed. She will invest in you, trust you, and give you the authority you need.

Mission That Matters

Full Focus is a transformation company. The work you enable ripples out to hundreds of thousands of people building better lives.

Full Ownership

You won’t be waiting for permission. You’ll be trusted with authority that matches your accountability — and a leader who gets out of the way.

A Front-Row Seat

Working this close to a world-class CEO is a rare professional experience. You’ll see how high-level decisions get made — and be part of making them.

Senior Leadership

This is not an administrative role. It is a senior operational leadership position with real authority, real accountability, and rare scope.

Who You Are

Skills get you to the interview. But what we’re really hiring is a kind of person.

You bring a calm, confident presence that creates clarity and removes friction wherever you go. People don’t feel managed by you. They feel steadied. You’re not the loudest voice — you’re the clearest one. You lead with a servant heart and a high standard, and those two things are never in conflict for you.

Follow-Through Energy

Closing loops, designing systems, and completing what others start is the work you’re made for.

Proactive Bias

You anticipate what’s coming, arrive with the solution already in hand, and rarely need to be told twice.

High Standards + Warmth

You can hold the line with firmness and warmth in the same breath. People don’t feel diminished.

Builds Team Independence

Your systems and decisions expand everyone’s clarity, autonomy, and empowerment — not your own indispensability.

Adaptive Scaffolding

You build flexible structures that flex to reality without losing structural integrity.

Leads From Service

You extend the leader’s reach and protect her relationships, rather than positioning yourself between her and the team.

Steady Under Pressure

Complexity doesn’t rattle you. Competing priorities don’t paralyze you. Ambiguity doesn’t stop you from moving.
